Our virgin HDPE fabric is UV-tested in labs and proven to be 70% more durable than recycled HDPE when exposed to sunlight. The fabric is treated with a UV-stabilizing compound that prevents the shade sail from drying out, tearing and fading, significantly extending its life.

All edges are constructed with heavy duty double layered reinforced stitched seams, prevents frayed edges and out of shape. Each corner ends with stainless steel D-ring for easy hanging, extra heavy stitching to help the D-rings strongly attached to the shade sail.

Dense terylene polyester that holds up to the elements and provides shade for years. More like a canvas than a plastic tarp.
