We have 9 wire drawing machines for different plastic products
After adding a certain proportion of raw materials, the first step is to mix the masterbatch and the main raw materials. After stirring evenly, the material is sucked into the wire drawing machine by a suction machine, heated by the screw to melt into liquid, and then extruded from the film head. After stretching and shaping, it is wound up (the flat wire needs to be cut into filaments).
Typically, shade nets, shade sails, olive nets, tarpaulins, andother products require buttonholes along the edges for easierinstallation. Materials such as aluminum buttonholes and brass eyelets.
Cut Pieces
Olive nets, Safety nets, Tarpaulins, some Ground Covers andother products need to be cut according to customer-customized styles, Products that need to be cut also need tobe sewn and hemmed.
Fold Pieces
The cut products are folded in a standardized manner tofacilitate subsequent packaging

Measured Thickness
We use a professional thickness gauge to measure multiple points on the product. This test directly affects product performance and durability and is a critical component of our quality control.
Measuring Meters
We rigorously measure the actual length of each roll to ensure it meets customer requirements and eliminates any short or out-of-tolerance issues.

We use a standard circular sampler to measure the weight per unit area. This method is scientific and fair, and can effectively reflect the raw material dosage and distribution uniformity.
Product Packaging
Our packaging options include, but are not limited to, large rolls in transparent PE bags, large rolls in woven bags, large rolls on pallets, small rolls in cartons, small rolls in bundles, vacuum pieces into cartons, pieces into woven bags, bulk bags, and woven bag packaging. The inner diameter and thickness of our paper tubes can also be customized.
